Give these ab exercises a try to help you chisel out some kick ass abs, like the awesoME  Priscila Lucci.

1. Roman Chair

I love this one for lower abs and your hip flexors! Step it up by adding a 5-10lb dumbbell at the end of your feet. Contract your abs to lift up the weight. 3 sets of 15 reps

 

2. BACK EXTENSION 
Use the opposite way, facing the ceiling! Bend back as far as you can stretch and contract your lower abs to lift back up. Step it up with a 5lb plate! 3 sets of 15reps


3.  LEG LIFTS

Find a bench that is tall enough to allow your legs to stretch down far. 
Hold the ball between your feet, and contract your lower abs to lift up the ball. Continue for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

4. Weighted Crunch

Adjust weight to where you’re able to contract and crunch down smoothly but get a challenge out of it. 5-7lbs. Hold rope by your head, contract your abs to pull down the rope towards your knees. Continue for 3 sets of 15reps.
