DICKERSON  12 x 4

WIDE GRIP MACHINE SEATED ROWS (elevated on a dumbell) 15 x 4

LAYING DUMBELL PULLOVER  12 X 4

1 ARM LAT PULL DOWN  15 x 4 (each arm)
