Nut Butter TRUTH Protein Drops

Energy bites are little drops of protein-packed goodness that pack a serious punch. So much energy is stored in these little treats that are perfect for a pre or post workout snack or mid-day bite. I like to grab these between classes or during long shoots because they give me the energy to power through my day. These are also easily portable & easily interchangeable with ingredients to please anyones dietary needs.


-    1 cup TRUTH vanilla wafer protein

-    1 cup peanut butter (or any other nut butter of choice)

-    3/4 cup honey

-    1/8 cup mini chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips) (OPTIONAL)

-    1 1/2 cup gluten free whole oats

-    2 TBSP chocolate syrup for garnish on top (optional)


Heat peanut butter and honey in a medium saucepan until melted.

In a bowl, mix TRUTH protein and oats.

Add melted peanut butter and honey mixture to the bowl and mix until all

ingredients are fully incorporated.

Stir in the chocolate syrup or add it as a drizzle once the balls have

been made.

Mold the mixture into golf ball-sized balls.

Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before eating.
