Chest day! with Logan Miller


1. Incline barbell bench press. 4 sets
Reps 12, 10, 8, 6


2. Flat dumbbell bench press. 4 sets
Reps 15, 12, 10, 8


3. Flat dumbbell fly. 3 sets reps 12, 10, 8, superset with svend press, AMRAP


4. alternating single arm cable crossover. ( adjust machine to where handle is in middle position) p.s be sure to stabilize core for maximum tension in chest!!!!! 


5. On days when I'm feeling froggy, I use a pushup finisher 3 sets 30 reps, 10 wide, followed immediately by 10 narrow, followed immediately by 10 diamond pushups!!
