Creatine is BROKEN..and your preworkout is to Blame.

At this stage in the game, we don’t need to tell you that creatine is an incredible supplement. It’s one of the most well-researched compounds on the market, it’s safe, it’s simple, and it’s cheap.

But right now, the state of creatine is a mess… and the big brand pre workouts are to blame.

Lets start with who is doing it right...

Alright, we’ve done our fair share of complaining about people doing it wrong, time to give you some product recommendations for top ranked preworkouts that aren’t afraid to sell you a product loaded with fully dosed creatine.

The label makes it quite easy to see what’s inside.

One of our favorite new preworkouts to hit the market is from a relatively new company called Muscle Elements. Their all-in-one preworkout PreCre is as its name suggests – it doesn’t shy away from creatine, including a full study-level dose of 5 grams per scoop.

These guys do a bunch of other things right too: their label isn’t fully disclosed, but they do their best to make their labels as clear and understandable as possible, while calling out the doses of key ingredients (like creatine).

They also educate the hell out of their consumers on their Facebook feed and YouTube channel, thanks to videos made by their CEO, Eric Tomko.

This is actually a brand we’ve been paying a lot of attention to and hopefully they see a lot of success with their approach.
