Freezer Smoothies Make Mornings Manageable

Mornings are stressful - there is absolutely no denying that. Getting dressed, fed, possibly finding time to fit in a quick morning sweat session and getting kids and / or spouses out the door too is almost as hard as resisting the urge to hit snooze just one more time. No matter what your job is, with all the chaos that happens before we leave our homes in the morning, I managed to find some healthy, delicious freezer friendly smoothie recipes that you can make + prep in advance, simply add to a blender and include your T.R.U.T.H. protein, thereby making mornings a little easier, your appetite under control & belly fuller.

5 Freezer Smoothie Pack Recipes

 

Ingredients

Very Berry Smoothie

            1 cup blueberries

            1 cup strawberries

            1 banana, sliced 

           liquid: 1 cup apple juice (sweeter version) or ½cup water + ½cup apple juice

            1 scoop T.R.U.T.H vanilla wafer protein

Mango, Strawberry, & Banana Smoothie

            1 cup mango

            1 cup strawberries

            1 banana, sliced

            liquid: ½cup yogurt + ½cup water

            1 scoop T.R.U.T.H vanilla wafer or chocolate bar protein

Berry Grape Smoothie

            1 cup blueberries

            1 cup strawberries

            ½ cup grapes

            liquid: ½cup yogurt + ½cup water

            1 scoop T.R.U.T.H vanilla wafer or chocolate bar protein

Tropical Bliss Smoothie

            1 cup pineapple

            1 cup mango

            1 banana, sliced

            liquid: 1 cup orange juice

            1 scoop T.R.U.T.H vanilla wafer protein

Sweet & Sour Berry Smoothie

            2 kiwis, peeled and halved

            1½cups strawberries

            ½ cup peaches

            liquid: ½cup yogurt & ½cup orange juice
