Fitness Journey – First Anniversary –

August 23 marks my one year of my fitness journey. I started after attending the Fit Expo Anaheim last year. I was inspired by all the people with positive energies and motivation to improve.  There were so many changes in my life during this year. Of course some downs but I had many ups! My Instagram only had 70 something followers and now up to 3600. Had photoshoot and promo girl opportunities and most of all, I was lucky enough to become a part of Muscle Elements family.  I met some great people through Me and I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Casey Crane for discovering me!

Here is my transformation!

August 29, 2015

Weight: 145 lbs

Work out:1 hour cardio/ 30 mins strength training every day!

Rest day: once every other week.

Diet: I was eating healthy though I was having a lot of carbs like yams and brown rice.

Supplements

Pre workout: changed every time. BPI, RSP, Performix NLA etc..

BCAA: Also changed every time.

Protein: Quest bars, Nu-tek

Other: Fitmiss Cleanse & TYTE, multivitamins, fish oil

 In January 2016, I had a little operation and was not able to work out for a few months. So I lost weight to 125 lbs but gained back up to 133 lbs.. :(

Back on full work out again!
Weight: 130 lbs
Work out: 3 times a week. Mostly core and strength training.
Diet: Very strict on carbs. ¼ cup of oats in the AM only. Cheat meal day once in 10 days.

Weight: 122 lbs
Work out: 3 times a week. Switch to HIIT & Yoga/Pilates
Diet: Very strict on carbs. ¼ cup of oats in the AM only. Cheat meal day once in 10 days. Still the same!
