We all love our cheat meals, but sometimes our goals get in the way from enjoying those sugary temptations. Here are some of our favorite ways to CHEAT WITH ME. Quick and Easy recipes to make sticking to your fitness and nutrition goals a tad bit easier. Hope you enjoy, Cheating with Me! 

  1. Chocolate Chip Mousse

1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Scoop Chocolate Bar TRUTH Protein

2 Tbsp 60% Cocoa Chips

 

Directions: Mix all ingredients together in freeze safe bowl. Freeze for about 30 minutes. Remove from freezer, stir and ENJOY! Serving: 1

Macro Breakdown: 320 calories: 3g fat, 23gram carbs, 47g protein

 

       2. Samoas Cookie Shake


1 scoop Chocolate Bar TRUTH Protein

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

2 drops Caramel Extract

1 tablespoon Unsweetened Coconut Shreds

Ice.

Blend and ENJOY!

        3. Peanut Butter Cookies

               1 Cup of Peanut Butter

1 Scoop Vanilla Wafer TRUTH Protein

1 Egg White

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl

Roll into Balls and place on lined cookie sheet

Press with fork making crisscross design

Bake for 10 minutes – ENJOY!

       4. Protein Ice Cream

2 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter

1 Scoop TRUTH Chocolate Bar (or Vanilla Wafer) Protein

2 cups Milk of choice

            Directions: Blend all ingredients together and freeze in Ice cube trays. Once frozen, place in blender or food processor and blend until soft serve consistency. Enjoy!
