TRUTH Protein Waffles

With less than 10 minutes of prep time, protein waffles just got even better! My all time favorite breakfast food just got even easier & healthier to make - so I figured I would share my favorite recipe. Make sure to top these with your favorite toppings like bananas, nut butter, sugar free, syrup, or agave.


- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 2 scoops chocolate bar or vanilla wafer TRUTH protein
- 1 cup oats (dry)
- 1/4 cup almond milk


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Batter should have

thick consistency. If it's too runny, add more oats; if it's too thick, add some


Pour batter into waffle maker.

Cook until waffle starts to golden.

Top with your preferred topping.

-    2 scoops TRUTH vanilla wafer protein

-    2 eggs, large

-    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-    2 tablespoons coconut oil, partially melted

-    1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 cup gluten-free flour blend

-    1 cup ground oat flour

-    2 teaspoons baking powder

-    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-    1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips



Preheat your waffle maker to medium heat.

Place dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix. Then, add in wet ingredients and mix until


Using a 1/2-cup measuring cup, scoop mixture onto waffle maker. Spread evenly and close. Let

cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with fruit, nut butter, syrup or any other toppings!
