T.R.U.T.H Protein Berry Ice Cream


 

   *1.5 cups of frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries

 

   *1 scoop of T.R.U.T.H Vanilla Waffer Protein Powder

 

   *1/4 cup greek yogurt OR almond milk

 

   * Stevia for sweetness

 

Directions:

 

- Blend ingredients all together in a food processor/blender. Put in freezer if you desire a more solid frozen consistency. 



 

T.R.U.T.H Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream


 

   *1 scoop T.R.U.T.H Chocolate Protein Powder

 

   *2 TB PB2 (peanut butter powder, less fat and calories) or use regular peanut butter

 

   *2 TB unsweetened baking coca

 

   *Stevia for sweetness

 

   *Add chocolate chips (optional)

 

Directions:

 

- Blend ingredients all together in a food processor/blender. Put in freezer if you desire a more solid frozen consistency.

 

 


 

T.R.U.T.H Pancakes


 

   *3 egg whites 

 

   *1/4 cup oats

 

   *Add greek yogurt or cottage cheese 

 

   *1 scoop T.R.U.T.H Vanilla Waffer Protein Powder

 

   *Berries

 

Directions:

 

- Add hot water to oats to get it fluffy like your preparing just plain oatmeal. When set, add egg whites, greek yogurt or cottage cheese (for moisture),  and protein powder. Heat pan to medium heat, swirl batter into pan. When it begins to bubble add berries (if desired), then flip. Top off pancakes with more berries, whip cream (whip cream is harmless) or sugar free syrup. Enjoy!

 




 

T.R.U.T.H French Toast 


 

   *2 slices of Daves Killer Bread

 

   *1 cup of egg whites

 

   *1 scoop of T.R.U.T.H vanilla waffer protein powder

 

   * 2 TB of PB2 (less calories and fat) or regular peanut butter

 

   *Bananna Slices

 

Directions:

 

-Whisk egg whites and Protein Powder in a bowl. Then soak bread in the mixture. Cook on medium heat on a non stick pan till desired brown. Top with Stevia powder, and sugar free syrup!
